Pro Brew Supply is a wholesale supplier serving breweries and beverage operations. Their operations span multiple sales channels, requiring complex inventory synchronization, order control, and stock visibility. The project focused on streamlining inventory workflows, centralizing control across channels, and enabling scalable growth in B2B operations.

Challenge

Disparate sales channels (e.g. website, marketplaces, distributors) causing inventory mismatches and overselling. Lack of a unified controller system: stock updates, order routing, returns, and fulfillment were managed in silos.

Solution

Developed or integrated a centralized inventory management system that syncs real-time stock across all channels.Created a multi-channel order routing engine: incoming orders are auto-assigned to the appropriate warehouse or fulfillment path.
